Delighted to get Planning Approval for our housing scheme of 24 units on a linear site near Bray. Our approach split the building in two blocks, to reduce mass and give a more appropriate, human scale to the development.

Texture, materiality and scale are designed to express and mirror Church road’s unique character. The dwellings are grounded by 2 storey masses with deep perceived separating setbacks and tall rooflight shafts. Buff brick with dark anodized aluminium sits amongst the historic granite stone walls and mature protected trees of its surroundings.

This scheme provides much needed housing that takes advantage of a large vacant site in close proximity to the town centre of Bray. A huge thank you to all involved
